Need Steps for flash intro templates

I had a basic site for several months but have cleared it out to build a flash site. I bought a flash intro with pages from Vodahost.


I need some steps.
Open page
name as index
? then drag flash icon to page
open properties
add "movie"

Am I going the right direction?
