how do i add a scanned doc to the web page i am creating?

hello, i am trying to take a sketched logo that i scanned and saved in my documents to the page i am creating. How do i do this the file is in all files and i cannot get access to the sketch. Can any one assist? Janette

Scan it and save as a ".jpeg" image.
