comment and forum pages

please am trying to put comment page ( like people sumbit thier comment on my page like youtube somthing like that ) i cant figure it out how .

and my other question is how can i have forum page . i looked online trying to figure that out too i couldnt please help .

all it is am trying to do is adding a comment page and furom page .
