Template - How to change the words/logo

I am new to BlueVoda. I saw one of your templates I liked so I inserted the image on my page. I was able to manipulate the size, add color bars on the side, etc., BUT HOW DO I change the logo to my own and how do I change the wording on the template to my organization? Thanks for your help.
