Flash

I have downloaded flash macromedia (trial version) to my computer. I can view movies etc. But I dont have the slightest idea how to make a movie. I cant even find flash on my comp'. But I know its there. Cn anyone tell mehow to make movies with flash?

Also, I am making a directories web site, ( like Yell.com ) and want to add a search tool to search for companies by post code, city etc. How do I do this?

Hi,
Flash is not an easy program to learn. Your best option is to attend some good training first. After that, you can teach yourself with the aid of the internet. Here are some sites that can help.

You would need definetely to go on a course to learn flash.
I don't think however that's a good idea if you want to use it to build a website (entirely in flash). It is not SE friendly.
