How do i create an image so when i hover over it it enlarges?

can anyone help here? i want to create a small image but when you hover over the image it enlarges. I am using BV.thanks in advance,scott.

You use a java script mouse rollover and link a smaller pic to a larger pic. Try Dynamic Drive dot com.
