Floating Navigation Bar

Hi everyone,

Is ther a way to have the Navigation bars move up and down the page as someone scrolls?

I would like to do that if it's possible.

you would be able to have the banner stay in one position and still be visible when someone scrolls down. you do this with an iframe tool.
