    my images are huge

So I launhed my first website last night, but before I did I went through and previewed each page to make sure everything looked good. So after I launched it I was shocked to see that all my pictures, graphics, and buttons are all missing. Hotlink was already disabled in cPanel. The site has been checked on a few computers so I know it's not a cache problem. Can someone help me figure this out??? It's all of the pages except shipping but since the navigation buttons aren't showing you don't know where that is...ha. I don't understand why it would look ok in preview and not once it's launched.

    My website is www.jcice.com

Ok I relaunched and made sure all files were to be loaded and it worked for the most part. My add to bag buttons aren't showing still though! Also I don't know if it's my computer or not but it seems awfully slow to load. Any suggestions for my add to bag buttons and to speed up the loading process?

Thats because your pictures are HUGE. Just because you shrunk them to the page.. the full pic still loads. You need to resize those things.

        Hi Karen,
I figured that was my problem but my business partner/mother likes the way the frames blow up and now wants the flip flops to do the same. Maybe I can shrink the frames down a bit and enlarge the flip flops a little and everyone can be happy. I don't think the website will ever be fast due to the number of pictures. And the scary thing is we still have a lot more to add.

Do you know if it's possible to have the close button within the lightbox on the top of the pop up or make it do both?

well right now if you use it the whole site closes. I think you need to rethink how you are doing this.. absolutely NO REASON for larger than life photos

Oh that's wonderful :( I guess I just stink at doing this. What do you suggest I do? I'm sorry if I am being a pain.

reduce the size of those images, for one.. and use a target=blank when the new image opens.

Thank you so much Karen. I took your advice and fixed everything. Was there anything else that I should do?
