White square shows under LOGO when page loads...??

I just finished publishing www.showcaseltd.com and notice that, as each page loads there is a white square under the logo. Everything looks great when the page is fully loaded.

It just looks a awkward during the page transition. Anything that I can do about it? I did not lock the logo.

    BlueVoda is the best.
I tried other programs (since 2000!!) and could never get on the web.

    Thanks in advance.

I think its the opacity or blur from the gradient you have used to make your logo. It doesnt LOOK real bad, but i dont see it in firefox if thats any consolation. It is the outline of your png graphic with the "shadow" so to speak to cause the glowing effect. Not sure HOW to tell you to fix that as its within the logo maker itself.

      Thanks for the explanation, Karen.

Should I delete the logo and use something else to look like the logo?
      Any ideas are appreciated.

your logo .. if it is the one called home, loads fine for me .. it is the white frames you have applied around the two images in the header .. instead try just adding a border to the image itself instead of adding a shape .. double click, add a border on the image itself ..

Thanks, LadyEye ---- I don't understand exactly what you mean....

Each page has a title (home, facility, contact, etc....) that I made using the logo button within BlueVoda.
So, I call it a logo.....only the word inside is different depending on the page.

When you state "add a border on the image itself" ---- I don't know HOW to do that.
When I double click on the image, it opens up the property box for logos.

Please explain as I don't like the white square when one opens the page!

            Hi,

Right click on the logo or header and select Properties.

Then set the border to 1 in the dialogue box, which should solve your problem.

Not sure if it will help? But try clicking on the image & via the menu bar cutting the image & pasting it straight back in. Then save & republish. This i believe will put this image up the pages loading order & will then be 1st to load. The image feels like it is waiting for something else on the page to load & could also be worth looking at not using the page transitions as this dosnt work with some browsers & the page loads fine in these.
Also with some of your pages at 3750kb you will get problems with the way a page loads. You can get the page down to a web friendly 300kb with 20 images per page quite easily with a bit of redesigning.
              Regards Chris.
