You dont. BV works in absolutes. Youd need to be using a builder that allowed for floating templates.

Instead of specifying the width / height with an absolute value (e.g. 300px), us percent (e.g. 30%).

For that -m3-,
in BV you probably would use HTML box
or probably a table.

Even if you used a table you couldnt size an image in it that way.
