Where have the banner templates gone?

I posted this earlier but it seems to hve been deleted for some reason. I can't find the template library which holds all the banners - can anyone help please?

Only template library I know of is the one in Fantastico called 'Templates Express' listed under Site Builders. Don't know if this is what you're looking for?

Not what I was looking for unfortunately - the ones I've previously downloaded are banner03 and grey_red_concrete - is there a file name search facility on here?
