Problem uploading images

Hi Everyone

I am having a big problem uploading images. I have created a shape in BV (.gif), if there is any shadow selected, it won't show online. I have contacted BV, unfortunately, they say it is a design issue, not a support issue. I have checked the control panel, and even downloaded the latest BV, still, I can't get anything to work.

Any ideas?

Your links are working.

You candle pics all show up

Your product shape has a drop shadow outline.

What specifically is your problem?????????????

Tip of the day: Always use a thin border for your images and banners [set to 1 is OK]
