How to use template so menus/background doesnt load for every page

On my website ( http://mydirtywindows.com/pages/meet_mr_window.html ) , every time you click a button to go to a new page, it reloads the background and takes a while for load time.

For instance, this website ( http://www.njwindowwashing.com/warn.html ) ever

...could this be what you have done: you copied & pasted the background for each page? By the way, I don't find the load time sooo bad! It's not "instant" like NJ, though :)
NJ windows have used a template for the heading/background etc. - all that stays constant for every page.

Never measure the height of the mountain you're climbing. At the summit, look back and see how small it really is!

I did copy and paste the background/menues for each page and saved each page as a new bluevoda project.

How can I have mutple pages in one bluevoda project? ( Such as Home, Window Cleaning, gutter cleaning... etc)

I think you know how to do this, save and publish individual pages such as Home, Window Cleaning, gutter cleaning... etc and link them together.

Your question however was about how your background was reloading with each page click. Ahimsa pointed you in the right direction. http://www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/blu...ge-bv-php.html Study this information because your answer is in there.
