Picture that does not appear on site

Hi,
I am trying to launch my new website.
I have 2 problems :
a picture in JPEG format does not want to appear on the website.. on the preview it does, on the website not. Why??
Other problem : How many days do I have to wait untill the website works normually??
If I enter my webpage www.casadelriomocoa.com I only receive the resumen of the pages while I would like to see inmediatly my home or index page. Also to go from one to another page It does not seem to work with all of hem.. Do I have to wait one day more?? I tink I became member almost 48 hours ago.

Your website is visible and so are all the photos except one which is loacated at the left bottom corner.

Open Blue Voda.

Delete the old pic.

Repopulate the deleted pic. [Do not copy and paste]

Republish your page.
