I cannot change my additional pages

my website is www.chinatownauction.com. I created the site. created 3 other pages. They pages worked fine. Now I changed the index page. I only changed some of the graphics. The menu bars are the same. So I saved it. I changed the other pages to look the same as the home page. Again, I didnt change the menu bars. All thats the same. I save those pages. I published the index then published the subsequent pages. But for some reason, only the index page is changed, the other pages are the same as they were before. Never changed. Why. Those pages shouldnt look like that anymore. The files are saved as the new design (looking like the home page). Why dont they change when i click on them from the menu bars in the website.

They all look the same to me, which means you need to clear the cache on your browser so that it will show you the latest version of the pages. Hit F5 several times or right click on your page background and choose "Reload" or whatever your browser says.

ok...I dont even understand why that works but it worked. I could have been frustrated for days with that. Thanks so much! Yes I am a newbie.
