i need template for my web site i can't make it my self can you help me ?

i just begine to make web site
i can do ftp but the website publish not right ! some thing wrong with this
i sent my website with ftp to my host bluevoda voda host
but
there is no web site cooming up do i need template or what ?
i download bluewoda web dizayner
i pay for vadohost
i can do ftp end publish my site
but i think i need Website Templates or some thing
can you help please
