scrolling text over conveyor belt images?

scrolling text over conveyor belt images?

Is such a thing possible? I have a great conveyor belt of my photos. But I would love to be able to have matching scrolling text that would stop on hover like the conveyor belt does.
Is this possible without actually inserting text into the pictures themselves?

No, it is not possible. You can't "synchronize" different objects.
