Create Full-Size Background?

I'm trying to build a full browser width header in my web site, like this one : http://www.muscleflexmedia.com/ybb2/

... but nothing works! I really dont know how to do it.

So... how can i do it?

What you are seeing is simply a page Background, with the web page being designed to appear as if it is completely integrated in that background.

Fluid, or dynamic backgrounds are not possible using BlueVoda, so you will instead have to create a background and a page design that meets your create requirements.
