Events animate and hyperlink

Hi All
Anybody know if one can set an event animation AND a hyperlink to a shape? Been trying for several hours without any luck.

Must be telling you something: choose one or the other, but not both, as this redundancy is not allowable.

Adding animation to a shape

Hi All

I am in the process of building another site but have never needed this action before.
I know how to add a hyperlink
I know how to add an event animation
My question is can one add BOTH actions to the same shape?

I have searched the forums but can't seem to find a detailed answer

Your question was replied to definitively, and still you cannot seem to accept the answer given, nor follow the protocol as required (always provide the Domain name or a URL to your site).

Do not create duplicate threads, per Forum Rules.



You might try a Workaround to achieve the effect you desire (as a SHAPE cannot be "functionalized" as such), by applying ROLLOVER (as a transition) to a pair of pre-formatted Custom Images (as Images can be thus linked as you would a Menu button), but when you say "animate" as in 'animated GIF' ... that is unlikely on any platform, except possibly Flash.

In any event, you can do a Google Search for a free script that may do what you are looking for, and when (if) you find one, you can configure the script specifically to your requirements before adding it to your BlueVoda page using a BV HTML Box as you would any other script (as shown in the Tutorial).
