bluevoda background images

Hi,
I'm testing a homepage with a fixed background and can't seem to get it to align correctly in IE. It loads fine in Chroma and Firefox. Have tried all variations of stretched / scrolling and adjusting image size and page size etc. Any useful tips please?

Might also be related to the fact the page loads more belabored when the Audio Track needs to load first, making the background follow the process and be seen as a "lag" rather than 'misalignment' ....
