I want to put an image gallery, created in JAlbum, into my site. Is there any way I can do this whilst keeping my site's navigation in place without using an i-frame for the gallery. I was told once that spiders and bots will only recognise the page "frame" and not the content within it, which is not what I want.

Since you'd use an iFrame for images rather than textual Content, why worry about it at all?
Images (now that most updated browsers no longer recognize ALT TEXT on images and instead focus on image Titles) no longer are valued as they once were, so it really wouldn't matter much if they were in an iFrame or not .... -
