Site to Fill All Screens on all computers

I am currently designing the website shirinnaidoo.com for my mother and would like it to look something smilar to this one: http://www.breathworks-mindfulness.org.uk/ . The thing I am having trouble doing is creating firstly is a white bar which spans the entire width of the screen. I have inserted a box and it always seems to fall short on my wide screen **** ****. Could you please tell me how to achieve this. I have fiddled with the page width in page properties and made the shape the same size as the width of the page but that hasn't worked. Do you have any suggestions on how I can achieve this? Please look at http://shirinnaidoo.com/index2.html to see what I have achieved so far.

    Thanks

"Fluid," "stretched, or "responsive" Pages are not possible using BlueVoda, but there are resources (Templates, 'Themes') for you to use for any type of platform (Wordpress, Joomla, HTML5, Flash, etc.) that you can select from, as can be seen here.
The website example your refer to was created using Joomla, which has many responsive Templates available.

Using BlueVoda, however, you might find some inspiration for manually creating similar-appearing elements by reviewing this Thread.
