My site is ready to launch!
Ranked at no 9 on google out of about 2 million (searching "Panzoom") and no 1 out of 58 (searching "Panzoomproperties). This is flattering, though, as not many people would search these when looking for property!
Busy formulating a marketing strategy and need some help.
The site will be utilised primarily by estate agents who can use it to show prospective buyers videos of property for sale in the area they are interested in. The agents pay a subscription fee.
First thought of doing e-mail marketing but after doing some reading on the forum don't want to be labelled as a spammer.
Next step would be to advertise in our local property supplement and phone agents to set up a demo.
As an introductory offer been toying with the idea of waiving the subscription on the first ten clients or giving a big discount so as to get a working site before marketing it further.
Any suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated!
