      INCORRECT !

Your question asks how to "redirect" (or modify) affiliate links, either banner, textual, or otherwise presented on your website. This requires simple modification to the HTML link script itself.

However, modifying (and especially in this case: "redirecting") an affiliate link is not advised unless you are an advanced User and are in 100% compliance with the Affiliate Agreement you subscribed to and are operating under the auspices of!

To learn how to modify standard Affiliate HTML links, visit this thread.

          Re: redirect

Explain in more detail what kind of redirect you're attempting to set up. There's no reason, under conventional phpBB links, that that link shouldn't work.

Are you trying to redirect from the link to that post to another page?

Also, please do yourself a favor and get rid of the default header in that style.

            Re: redirect

You may notice that that link is the forum rules and I want to redirect it to http://mydomain.net/announcements
            But it happens like this:
            http://promotingspace.net/advertise/viewtopic.php?t (3)
            i.e. = is remove and space + ( ) is added!
            confusing

Also, please do yourself a favor and get rid of the default header in that style.
            thanks
            I'll design a logo soon.

              Re: redirect

What you are describing is a simplified display (abbreviated, seen in forums, dynamic utilities, and in some cases Java links opposed to HTML links).....to illustrate this, open a blank page in Word....find the live link you wish to "redirect"....COPY it (right-click) and then paste it into Word.

The whole link will then be available for you to see, and for you to use appropriately.

              A simple logical process, yes?
