Customer form
Hi all
Dunno! if i have picked the right part of the forum for this. But here is my problem. This is a car inspection company and what i am trying to achieve is a way of automating the response to the customer i.e the form from the engineer completed comes thru email in a basic format. How can i have this info placed into a BV type file for emailing to the customer. There is a little more to this than what i have tried to explain put it simple i need to relay to the customer 1. results from inspection. 2. feed back from car status check. 2. e book of how to go about dealing with car sales man and the private seller. All ideas are welcome as i am at a loss were to go from here.
