I would like to become an affiliate of voda host. When I looked at the affiliate page I got the impression that a customer would have to enter in a code or something for commission to be paid.

Or is it done using cookies? If it is how could I create a text based affiliate link, not a banner or any illustrations? Also I would like the link to link to bluevoda, as opposed to voda host.

No its done by a combination of cookies and IP tracking. Also you can send people
directly to the BlueVoda download page.
