Affiliate program and addon domains

I've looked but I haven't found the answer to this:

My main domains is http://www.thegoofygiftshop.com

My addon domain is http://www.rhsclassof1965.com

I would like to join the Affiliate program and I think the rhsclassof1965.com would probably lead to more affiliate sales than the main domain. Can I join the Affiliate program with one account and link both sites to that account?
Of course, I'd prefer to do that than to sign up twice.
