Whats available?

I was just wondering if any "Vodatechies" could help me out.

I would like to make a website where my clients could upload there files to my server, and have it be shown on the website. Sort of like a YouTube, or ImageShack website. Users upload their files, and have it displayed on the website, without me having to touch the file, or manuall format a page.

Is this possible? And what would I need, or use (from Fantastico) for it to work?

If you want to start the next YouTube...you got to spend a few bucks

Oh, well I don't want to start another YouTube, or anything that big.

I would just like a small scale program, or something of the sort, in which users can upload there files, and have them displayed on the website. Kind of like a file hosting website.
