plz help with e-business?

Hey,
I have a web site which has lot of members. I publish a page for every member. I'm wondering if I can put some cart to every member's page? If so what should I do and what is the legal procedure if I accept credit cards. I really don't know anything about e-business. In Turkey people mostly don't use Paypal or such things. I'm confessed at all. How can I make this e-business things..
