Yes and No.... it all depends how clever you are... and looking at your present site's content and meta data I would advise you NOT set up any more sites.

I would recommend you read up on SEO and how to correct your present site text content and META. Looking at your website it would be easier than slicing cheese to get you on page one of Google, with very little effort. You just gotta know how.

          This page here:

This should be a seperate website.

It's not impossible to have industrial / domestic cleaning on one website... But you can achieve better results if you split them up, especially as VH offer you as many sites on one account?

            Re: Mini sites

You know... just going through your site... the text to me (and this is just MY opinion) does not look professional. You are wanting to appeal to large and small professional companies and so YOU need to look professional too. Your text is too large (Yes there is such a thing) and not seperated very well, it's all bunched up and makes me want to not read it.

I also don't think there is enough content on your website. As a business owner looking for a cleaning contractor I would want to know far more about what you do/offer.

Look, I'm not running your work down here, far from it... I would like to see you do well from it as much as you do, so trying to give you advice for improvement that's all, I hope you don't mind. and sorry for the seperate posts but I am just posting hints as I go through your site rather than give you one LONG lecture!

Well, I love your logo but I am sorry to say that if persist with it you will feel the full force of copyright laws crashing down upon you. (unless you know something that I don't
Your site looks quite good otherwise. Simple and easy. Well done. But take note of what Marincky says.

Just when you think your nearly there!
Thanks I know your comments are intended to help and only when I get comments like this can I do something about it.
Moving the domestic cleaning to another site sounds good. Im not sure how to go about it, would it just be a question of changing the URL to end in domestic.html and taking it off the present site.
Other changes I will be doing very soon.
I have been assured that my logo is different enough not to infringe on copyright laws, testimonials will have to be added again thanks for advice,Pete

                    Re: Mini sites

No, get a new domain completely, then add it in your control panel as an addon domain.

The domain doesn't have to have your company name in it... to be honest something like domestic-cleaners.co.uk or similar would be better for you

Hi, you said it would be easy to get on page 1 of google. My keywords seem quite good but I cant see my site anywhere on the first 6 pages at least. Could you give me any more pointers on where I am going wrong,
                        thanks, Pete

You need to readu up about Page titles, keywording, and page descriptions for a starter. Then you need to ensure your text on every page is correctly worded not only for the visitor to understand exactly what you offer, but that the SE's also work it out too!

I could go on for pages and pages of what to do but people usually pay me good money for that!
