    Accepting Payments From China

I am a newbie so any help will be greatfully received!
I want to build a very simple, small website, which will sell an ebook. I am based in China and the ebook will be aimed at the domestic market here, so I really want to be able to accept PayPal and Chinese Credit and Debit cards.

    • Should I use BlueVoda or Soho?
    • Any recommendations for payment processing?
    • Any other tips/advice?!?!

    Thanks in advance.

If you are just selling an ebook.. and you are just going to use paypal, then use BV .. As for your merchant bank and processor thats gonna be a tuffie.. either locally or.. i think theres one bank in Singapore...not sure of the processor they are compatible with.. but I dont hear good things about them from people from several countries.. Malaysia..Austrailia.

Most go offshore.. very very expensive unless you are big biz.. or find bank accounts in Hungary, Poland, Germany that will do business with you and paypal as the processor.

The thing is.. if you get one of these bank accounts for paypal.. you can get a debit card from the bank..or transfer from paypal to the bank...and then the bank drafts you...and of course they charge you for the service..but i know ive helpe several in Malaysia set up this way. Its tuff having free enterprise in China... i know.
