    Port 80 problems

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/ on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.home-inspector-inspections.com Port 80

Please tell me what the above means. Verizon Fios does not support port 80.

I tried to access my site domain a week after I received my order confirmation. BV supplied the domain name. I was then going to attempt to upload my site

    Thanks

Did you point the domain name to the server? Its apparently working correctly.. however theres NO INDEX page so it wont work correctly until you upload something.
