I've seen on an increasing number of websites that there are icons at the bottom of articles that allow the reader to add the article to digg, Facebook, delicious etc.......

Here's an example from the bbc website (bottom of page):

Seems like a good idea to add these to mine, but not too sure how. Can any one help? Ideally I'd like it to look exactly the same as the bbc one with the icons at the end of the article.
