How do you link a 140 character text box to your twitter account via some form of Send button from within a page?

In other words registered users can create a 140 character tweet from our site and tweet it out direct from the page to our followers.

Look in your Twitter Account, they have plenty of tools to help you embed stuff in your website.

Twitter will provide you the necessary HTML code.
Simply copy / paste in a HTML box that you will place in your page.
