You will use the same method as described in detail in this post to outline how to link your BlueVoda website to your Facebook Page, but instead you will use a Twitter image/icon and substitute the links with one to your Twitter page.

Just substitute "Twitter" for "Facebook" when reading the directions.

Simple enough!
