XML sitemap question

Dear All
I have used the site map generator from XML-sitemaps.com before on my site for both ROR and HTML sitemaps with no problems. Now the shop which used to be listed as 1 page is now 300+ pages as every php file is included for some reason. Any ideas and solutions would be appreciated.

Looks like its doing what its supposed to. Have you used a robots text file to disallow pages or files you dont want indexed? Alot of those generators actually use googles cache to sitemap. Dont ask me why.. and I cant tell u which ones right off the bat. Its too early and I havent had coffee yet..ok.. I havent had my FULL POT of coffee yet!
