Does anyone have experience with Sitemaps on Google??

    Hi,

I have just published a new comapny ( www.passion-stripservice.com ), and I would like to ad a Sitemap from/to Google.

Does anyone know where to type in the HTML-code or Sitemap, and do i publish them on all my pages and exactly how should the Sitemap/HTML-code look like in HTML-window??

I have read all that I could read about the subject at Google, but my english is not quite at that level yet. If someone could make a short, simple A,B,C - that would be GREAT :)

    Best regards
    Rico

    Step 1:

    Go here http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

Step 2: follow the very simple instructions on this site and when the sitemap is created click on the 'uncompressed' version.

    Save it as sitemap.xml

Open your FTP manager and place the sitemap.xml file on your server within your domain root folder.

Add this link to your website somewhere unobtrusive (bottom of page)

    You now have a sitemap.

        Open BV

Tools > FTP Manager > Connect

On the left you will see your PC files

On the right is your server

Make sure RH side is open to your public_html folder, or if an addon domain make sure that folder is open.

Find the sitemap file on your PC by looking in the LH window pane. Drag it over to the right hand side.

        Done

              Hey,

I'm trying to install the ROR but it says that it requires the .Net Framework version 1.1.4322. Where can I find that? And what is that?
