I want to submit my products to Google Base but am not sure how to make the data feed. Google Base offers instructions but I am not getting it.

You need to either export your database to a csv or xml file or create one in excel for use with google base.

What are you using to build? You should have database tables that you can export if you are using a database driven store. The instructions would depend largely on what you are using.
