Sumitting sitemap to Google

In the sitemap generator tutorial 7 steps are given to generate a sitemap. The final 7th step says
7. After your sitemap is complete, click here and submit it to Google.

I followed all the steps but after the 6th step I couldn't see the click here link.

How do I submit the sitemap to Google?
