If your site was reported as a malware bearing or suspect site by Google, you can use Google’s Webmaster Tools to get more information about what was detected.
This includes a sampling of pages on which the malware or toher threat was detected and, using a Labs feature, possibly even a sample of the bad code that was found on your site.
There are two steps that can resolve the situation, if done properly and cleanly:
1. Make sure your own local system is clean from ********* and threat, so to better assure any web development you do is not infected in any way whatsoever: scan, clean, disinfect your computer using whatever anti-virus program you have, and also use this one as well. Once you are sure your system is clean, you can then act as original source of a solution (Step 2).
2. Typically, if your site is a Blue Voda site, you should first make sure that you have copies of every page of your website in your BV folder/files, and then delete each page from the server (using the delte function from within your Control Panel, not BlueFTP), and then re-publish your pages.
Follow this "restoration" with a new XML sitemap and robots.txt file and upload both as well, so the date of map and file creation will allow the bots to take a second look at your site rather than ignore it from a residual flag. You can auto-generate both files using the tools HERE.
