Removing Website from SE's

Hi all,

I have a website that I've deleted from VH and replaced it with another (Also on VH). If I do a normal keyword search I still see the old one listed. If I click on this I get the 404 error which I would expect. I now want to remove the old one completely from being listed by Google, Yahoo, etc.. Is there a way of doing this?
