I tried to create a sitemap with "ROR Sitemap Generated 1.0". I didn't have any success. According to the number of URLs it went over the limit of 5000. I don't recognize most of them. Where they came from?
it shown that they in my subfolder for example: /subfolder/spoon.html or something like /subfolder/fork.html etc. etc. But they don't exist of course, I didn't create them. If I open mt FTP manager I couldn't find them but "ROR Sitemap Generator" shown that they are exist.
In my understanding during the time when Search robots will find unknown to me empty files they will block my site from listing in their directories.
I'm just wondering what is going on, when I decided to bring my site to Search Engines I got this problems. I tried to contact BV Customer service few times but I was pointed out by them out to this forum, it's what I'm doing now.
I don't know what to do. Any guess or suggestion?
