    Naming Index page

Any suggestions on how to name your index page. I got the whole thing with using keywords and using dashes and sometimes no dashes. The other thing is we we talk about naming pages using keywords are we actually saving the pages as for example: flowers-design-weddings

Or are we going to page descrip. and titling the page flowers-design-weddings.

    Thanks

    Re: Naming Index page

You have to name your index page index. If you mean what to put in the title - that's totally different - and the dashes or underscores that you use in naming are not needed. Plus the title will not, in most cases be the same as the name. Names should be short - titles can be a bit longer and should use the best keywords. Flowers-design-weddings would be a bad title (not sure I like it for a page name either). I don't think anyone would search using that exact phrase, with or without the dashes.
