Posting your url most likely will get you in the SE, if not you can go to them and submit it yourself for free!

And when you say a search engine page, do you mean a site map? Thats generally generated with a a site map make like ror. You dont MAKE the web page, you copy and paste the code it gives you into notepad, save as ror.xml or sitemap.xml and UPLOAD it to your site with an ftp manager.

You dont need to submit your website to search engine. Just do a link building to you site, and let alone google crawl your website and index it.
