    Style sheet code?

I've just done this web site report and it's telling me that I have 557 bytes of style sheet code which makes it harder for the search engines to index the page. Consider putting the code in an external file with the - link rel="stylesheet"href="mystyles.css"type="text/csss" command. The file "mystyles.css" should be a simple text file that contains only the style sheet code without any HTML markup. After doing this I might have a better keyword density.

The problem is I don't have a clue what it's talking about. Can anyone explain step by step how I do this?

    Thanks

    Spend your time wisely

Listen...don't worry about that....just get your site up and running first....we will
submit it to the search engines for you. Afterwards you can tweak your code all
    you want.
