I opened a support ticket & submitted my website (one-time free submission).
Then I received an email from VodaHost Help Desk to provide more information to support@vodahost.com
I replied the email but received this error message: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
And when I tried to check the status or reply to the ticket online at the below link (password given by VodaHost Help Desk), I received another error message. ERROR: You do not have enough permissions to access this page. Please login by entering your Email and Password.

Please help me to check if VodaHost Help Desk has received my replied email & advise how I can access to check the status to the ticket online! Thanks alot.
