Where exactly do I put the reciprocal link?

I am new to this and trying to list my site with Voda Search....do I put the reciprocal link on my actual homepage so that its part of the layout? OR do I right click, choose "Page Html" and list it somewhere in that application? If so where?? Please help!

Yes, put it on your homepage, you could also choose to add it as a text link down at the bottom ..
