Vodasearch submission

Hi

I was just completing the vodasearch submission form and it came back with this error:

Warning: Smarty error: validate: validator id 'v_LINK_TYPE' is not registered. in /home/vodase/public_html/libs/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

Can someone please tell me what I need to do to fix this - it means nothing to me!!
