Is this true that Google or some other search engines is penalizing (or even banning) sites that purchase site-wide links.
Site Wide Links: Site A is linking from every page to site B, links are placed on all subpages of site A
What about if I own two websites, and from one of them I have several links to another one in every page just to affect my ranking
