I am trying to rank kashmir tourism for my website http://www.clickkashmir.com as the main key word. If I'll book another domain e.g www.kashmirtourism.biz or a one similar to that and redirect it to http://www.clickkashmir.com, can it help me in better ranking or not.

No, it will not have any impact on site values (it is merely forwarding a domain without any attributes).
However, if there are a number of domains (and this threshold minimum keeps changing to keep everyone from defeating it) similarly named that are simply re-directing visitors to a single website due to Search Engines producing the singular Key Word that appears in the domain as a Search Result, it may in fact it is considered "Google Bowling" which is a Black Hat SEO method that will result in penalties for both/all domains.
